(Virtual) administrative assistance
ERIKA SCHANZENBACH
Graphic Designer + Virtual Assistant
As a VA, I do administrative tasks that eat your time, but I do them in my own office and on my own equipment.
I invoice you as a contractor, on a project or retainer rate. My business succeeds when your business succeeds.
My services can start small at just a couple hours/tasks a week and expand with your business.
Simple. Straightforward. Smart.
Growing your business just got easier.
DELEGATE:
- Reduce the load of tasks eating your time.
- Document SOPs so bringing on future help is easier.
- Research solutions to your pain points and time pits. It’s way easier to choose between a couple well-researched options than sifting everything Google serves up. Am I right?
- A VA can learn new skills for you and increase the scope of work you can get done.
INVEST:
- Free up your time for your highest-earning, most personally rewarding work.
- Build your team and your SOPs so you have a stable foundation for growth.
SIMPLIFY:
- No bookkeeping headaches, no payroll taxes to figure or pay.
- No benefits to provide or manage.
- No overhead for office space or equipment.
- Blog management: formatting, posting, sourcing/editing images, everything to do with getting your content posted and looking good.
- Design: I have whole other pages about this service (Branded PDF Design // Print Design and Typesetting).
- Email Management: Check out my packages for email management here.
- Email Newsletters: designing branded templates, setting up and scheduling regular newsletters.
- Setting up projects and tasks in your project management software.
- Drafting documents/emails
- Invoicing
- Programs: MS Office, Google Docs/Sheets, WordPress, Asana, Slack, Zoom, Mailchimp, G-Mail, Adobe InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator/Acrobat.
- I’m pretty resourceful, if you don’t see it listed here, just ask. I’m not opposed to learning new things on the fly, I do it all the time.
Monthly retainers: set based on (1) a set of regular tasks that need to be completed OR (2) a number of hours reserved for varying tasks each week.
- Hourly retainers: include an agreed upon number of hours/week which are used during each week or given up (Eg. up to 3 hours/wk or up to 5 hours/wk, etc.). Hourly retainer rates start at $45/hr.
- Project retainers: include a specified set of tasks for a set retainer price. (Eg. Prep/post one blog post/wk, send to email list and publish to social channels).
- Retainers are paid monthly, usually on the first.
